Summary: Apartment was adequate. Parking was a hassle sine you can’t park in the driveway. On street parking only so had to drive around the block several times and was not able to park close to the house. Unable to “enjoy summer evenings” like the listing states as there was NO furniture on the balcony.

Summary: Being from So Bflo, I knew that the houses where a bit dated, however, this apartment was was modern and up to date. As soon as you walk in, the apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen appliances were new and updated. The bedrooms were just right, and the living room was very spacious so if we have guests, there was plenty of room for all.If you are looking for a small place to stay, this would be it. Everything that you might need (restaurants, convenience stores, etc) is close by.When I go back home, this would be a place I would rent again.

Summary: A++ Great communication with the host. Coming in from Florida, while a hurricane just passed through . So didnt get to enjoy one of the days but we made it in! Apartment is very nice. Off street parking was plenty! Would rent again ..

Summary: Went to Buffalo to see kids and grandkid. Home was conveniently located next to them. Only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the tp and maybe reconsider the king bed frame. Long way to get up in my old age. But nice home.
